Organizing New York's food poisoning information

Ever wonder what is really cooking in the kitchen of your favorite New York area neighborhood restaurant? Wonder no more. Foople combines Google Maps with restaurant inspection data from the New York Department of Health and Mental Health to give you a bird's eye view of how various food establishments in a neighborhood have performed on recent inspections. If your favorite restaurant is not shown on the map, write me an email and check back in a while. I am continuously collecting data to add to this map. And hey, please be patient when the map loads. I have already collected data for more than 8000 restaurants in Manhattan alone and it might take Foople a while to filter them by ZIP code. I am working on ways to make it go faster.
